I’m a Library Innovator committed to moving beyond traditional roles to create services that empower patrons and integrate emerging technologies.
With over 14 years of experience at East West University, I lead strategic e-resources management and develop initiatives that make research more visible, ethical, and community-driven. My work spans the full lifecycle of electronic subscriptions optimizing access systems, strengthening digital visibility, and leading workshops and training sessions on scholarly publishing, publishing ethics, and open licensing, etc. I thrive on collaborating with faculty, IT teams, and researchers to break down barriers to knowledge and promote its responsible use.
Globally, I contribute to shaping the future of our field through active roles with IFLA and ASIS&T, and as a Country Ambassador for Crossref, the Center for Open Science, CORE and so on.
At the heart of my work is a simple belief: libraries are not just repositories, they’re living systems that drive curiosity, collaboration, and change. That same spirit of discovery inspires my personal pursuits in travel, writing, and lifelong learning.
